Interior design and architecture are two of her passions. She knows the importance of curb appeal and how to enhance the many attributes a home has to offer. She strategizes with sellers to stage their home for the best presentation and assists buyers to see the many home assets and values. Joyce believes in giving back to the community. She has extensive experience with home owners associations from her service as Chair of the Board of Trustees in a walkable, neo-traditional community of 1,900 homes that included single family, townhouses, and condominiums. She was extensively involved in community outreach where she diligently worked to promote her community and enhance communication with the city and the county. Her homeowners association was awarded the "Humanitarian of the Year Award" by CAI during her tenure as Chair.
